Overnight Shift | PRN / As Needed

Are you someone who enjoys a calm, professional overnight environment while providing excellent service to others?

We are currently seeking a PRN Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to support our community during overnight hours as needed. This important role helps ensure residents, families, and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and safe throughout the night.

Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts as scheduled.

Schedule
  • PRN / As Needed
  • Overnight shifts required
  • Weekend availability may be required
Responsibilities
  • You greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression for the community.
  • You answer incoming calls with a friendly and helpful tone, connecting callers with the appropriate team members and assisting with general questions.
  • You help maintain an organized, professional front desk and lobby area to ensure a positive experience for everyone entering the community.
  • You help support a calm and safe environment for residents and team members during overnight hours.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or office assistant preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A friendly, professional, and dependable approach
