As a Mobile Grooming Dispatcher
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. You’ll manage scheduling, routes, and communications between clients and groomers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be part of a supportive team culture focused on collaboration and growth.

• Schedule and confirm grooming appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Optimize daily routes for groomers to maximize productivity and timeliness.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate across multiple computer platforms and tools to manage data and workflow.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with groomers about schedules, client needs, and updates.
• Upsell additional services and promote special offers when appropriate.
• Maintain organized records and manage complex scheduling data.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Assist with maintaining social media postings and responses.

• Passion for animals and commitment to delivering remarkable customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or dispatching preferred.
• Strong computer and data management skills; comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the grooming or pet care industry is a plus.
