Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Coordinator supports inbound customer requests via phone and email, resolves order issues, provides product assistance, and helps with warehouse fulfillment when needed. This position requires multitasking, professionalism, and strong communication skills in a warehouse and e-commerce setting.
Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, Auto Zone representatives, and vendors for order tracking and product support.
- Able to document and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in warehouse fulfillment and post-order activities.
- Navigate multiple systems to provide timely, accurate service.
- Use of multi-screen applications.
Required:
Focused on customer-first problem-solving.
Experience using a time management system to track calls and availability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Able to stand and walk during a training period of around 6 weeks, depending on your progress.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Effective professional communications.
Preferred:
Comfort working in a warehouse and a customer-facing role.
Multitasking skills to include dual monitor functions
Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with order management and CRM tools.
