Location: Memphis, TN
Pay Range: 13.50
Shift: 4PM to 1AM
Responsibilities- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Documenting customer interactions and updating account information
- Collaborating with team members to improve service quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Credential requirement: 100043
