Junior superintendant

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Superintendent role located in Memphis, TN. The Junior Superintendent will assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, conducting field inspections, and implementing safety and compliance protocols. The role also involves resolving any issues on-site, communicating effectively with team members, and maintaining project documentation.

• Proficiency in project coordination, construction site management, and task prioritization
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
• Experience with construction management software and basic technical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus
• Previous experience in a construction or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
