Job Overview

Superior Home Products Inc is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects in the field and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands‑on residential construction professional who enjoys leading crews, coordinating daily jobsite activity, and using modern technology to keep projects organized and moving forward.

You will be the on‑site leader—directing subcontractors, enforcing schedules, maintaining quality, and serving as the critical link between the field and the Project Management team. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day‑to‑day activities on residential remodeling job sites
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Enforce project plans, scopes of work, and sequencing provided by the Project Manager
  • Use company technology (Job Tread and mobile tools) to review schedules, plans, and daily tasks
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance
  • Ensure materials are on‑site and staged correctly to avoid delays
  • Identify and communicate issues or conflicts early to prevent schedule or cost overruns
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
  • Represent Superior Home Products Inc professionally with homeowners and trade partners
  • Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout activities
Qualifications

3+ years of residential remodeling experience required

Previous foreman, lead carpenter, or field supervisor experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and trade coordination

Comfortable using technology (smartphone, tablet, construction software);
Job Tread experience is a plus

Ability to read plans, scopes, and work orders

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites

Reliable, organized, and accountable with a strong attention to detail

$28–$31 per hour, based on experience
