Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent for a leading general contractor in Memphis, TN.

Our client specializes in high-quality commercial and industrial construction, including mixed-use developments, retail spaces, office buildings, churches, institutional facilities, and hospitality projects.

This role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage all aspects of on‑site operations from project initiation through completion. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience managing complex commercial construction projects and some industrial experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and on‑site construction activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Manage site documentation including daily reports, inspections, and punch lists.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience, $100-110k/year.
• Per diem and lodging provided for traveling.
• Opportunity for long‑term assignments with a reputable contractor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record with mixed‑use developments including residential and retail.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• OSHA certification preferred.
