Hiring Timeline: Immediate - target start by mid-January

Overview

A well-established contractor in Memphis with a strong backlog is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale structural concrete, steel, and industrial construction projects. This is a high-impact role with authority, support, and the ability to move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage large structural concrete and steel building projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, owners, and subcontractors
• Drive schedule adherence and cost control on complex industrial pours

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a PM on structural concrete and/or steel projects
• Experience with large industrial concrete pours strongly preferred
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
