Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

This is a full‑time on‑site role for Premium Glass Co. located in Memphis, TN. The Project Manager will oversee and manage glass‑related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors and cross‑functional teams, managing project schedules, ensuring seamless logistics and expediting of materials, overseeing inspections and addressing project‑related challenges to ensure successful project completion.

• Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, allocate resources effectively and adhere to project timelines.
• Proficiency in expediting and logistics management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Experience with conducting or overseeing inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the glass or construction industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
