Business Development, Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Accountant to support our global accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable navigating complex systems, high-volume data, and dynamic business needs. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in executing critical close activities, ensuring accuracy, mitigating risk, and upholding a strong control environment.
Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Memphis, TN 38115
Duration: 9 months
Pay Rate Range: $50/hr-$65/hr
What You Will Work On- Execute global close tasks, including master data analysis, global system reconciliations, control preparation and documentation, journal entry monitoring, metric tracking, and related activities.
- Escalate issues promptly and appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and close assigned requests within established deadlines.
- Consistently deliver work to a high standard of operational excellence, meeting service level agreements and adhering to process and control requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- SAP ECC / Hana, highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and managing complex master data issues during close cycles.
- Experience working with large data sets and leveraging technology for analysis.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced global business environment.
