Entrepreneurship Assistance Services specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and resourceful Employment and Entrepreneurship Assistance Services (EEAS) specialist to join our team and help U.S.

-based businesses scale through smarter, more accessible hiring.

If you are relationship-driven, sales-minded, and passionate about connecting employers with top talent, this role is for you!

• Identify and engage growth-minded U.S. businesses that need to hire talent
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community events
• Present at conferences and industry events
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective employer clients
• Deliver compelling presentations about remoting.work
• Convert leads into successful hires

• 10 job descriptions approved per week from employers you acquire
• 5 hires per week from employers you bring on board

• Base Salary: $40,000 annually
• Biweekly Commissions based on full-time and fractional hires
• Commission structure includes incentives for both month-to-month and long-term hiring commitments
