Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, nurturing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. The specialist will also handle lead generation, provide excellent customer service, and effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development strategies
- "Hunter" mentality when prospecting and cold-calling
- Customer Service skills with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational growth goals
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred
- Proactive attitude and willingness to work in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
