The Regional Operations Manager leads a team of Practice Managers, ensuring that operational KPIs are met. The ROM’s first priority is to ensure Practice Managers provide the highest quality care for patients. The ROM travels to each clinic, hires, trains, and develops staff.

Operational Duties

• Communicate company objectives to all practice team leaders consistently through scheduled emails, video conference calls, phone, and email communications.
• Manage practice teams toward maintaining acceptable operational and human resource standards and all processes set in place.
• Supervise Team Leaders.

Monitoring of KPIs

• Enforce processes for practices to have accountability expectations based on KPIs.
• Ensure KPIs set with the VP of Clinical Operations are maintained by all practice units.
• Manage clinics to operate within the budget set forth in communicated KPIs.

Customer Experience

• Ensure all Practice Managers, doctors, and teams greet, engage, and manage flow toward outstanding customer experience.
• Set and manage measurable results related to customer service and hold regular conversations with teams regarding customer service.

Training & Development ಕಾಲೇಜಿ

• Conduct consistent training in each practice on human resources, compliance, and technical areas.
• Conduct regular inspections.

• 3‑5 years of business management experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with staff and doctors insecurity.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking.
• Capable of traveling 50%-60% of the time if required.
• Supports clinics in NE Arkansas, Memphis, TN, Poplar Bluff, MO, and St. Louis, CONS. Must reside within driving distance to these locations due to travel demands.

• Travel frequently to maintain appropriate relationships.
• Use Google Geschäft and all other tools required by direct manager.
• Dress requires a minimum of scrubs (or business casual) when visiting practice locations and business casual for meetings when representing the practice or overall business.
