KWC Management, LLC is a branch of the Kemmons Wilson family office that was founded by the Holiday Inn entrepreneur. With a nearly 80 year history, the company continues to service the needs of the Wilson family, as well as overseeing the management of hotel investment funds and other real-estate related co-investments.
OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, high-energy Investor Relations & Growth Operations Associate to act as a force multiplier for our leadership team. This is not a traditional back-office role. We need a professional with a marketing-first mindset who will take ownership of our external presence.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical Fund Operations and strategic Business Development, ensuring our operations are flawless while relentlessly driving the outreach that fuels our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Scheduling: Act as the "Road Manager" for senior principals; identify key investor hubs and proactively schedule high-value meetings, roadshows, and city-sprints.
- Lead Generation: Use marketing tools and research to identify prospective family offices, endowments, RIA/Wealth Management firms and HNWIs that align with KWC’s investment pillars.
- Collateral Design: Elevate KWC’s brand by creating high-impact Pitch Decks, teasers, and quarterly investor updates that tell a compelling story of our legacy and future growth.
- Conference Management: Vet and secure speaking engagements and attendance at premier industry events (e.g., hospitality, private equity, and family office summits).
- LP Inquiry Management: Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for all existing and prospective outside investors.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor letters, annual reports, and fund performance data.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead logistics for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and investor webinars.
- CRM Ownership: Manage the Investor Relations Management (IRM) system to ensure data is the "single source of truth."
- Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee investor onboarding in collaboration with outside fund administrators and legal counsel, managing subscription document review and AML/KYC compliance coordination.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate all travel and briefing materials for the investment team, providing detailed "dossiers" on every prospect prior to meetings.
- Capital Activity Oversight: Responsible for communicating and following up with all money movements related to limited partners (capital calls, distributions, etc.).
- Experience: 4–7 years in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Financial Marketing, or Fund Operations.
- Asset Class Knowledge: Familiarity with Private Equity, Real Estate, or Hospitality investment structures.
- Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to create professional marketing collateral and manage proactive outreach campaigns.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (experience with fund administration platforms is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
