Overview

Supports flight operations with the traveling expenses section of the collective bargaining agreement. Provides industry knowledge, vendor contract negotiation and execution and vendor management while ensuring compliance of contractual agreements with global hotel, ground transportation and onboard service providers.

• Perform vendor contract negotiation and execution and vendor management in support of flight operations.
• Ensure compliance of contractual agreements with global hotel, ground transportation and onboard service providers.
• Support the traveling expenses section of the collective bargaining agreement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, aviation, hospitality, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in the hotel or inflight catering industry.
• Project management in support of departmental objectives.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have ability to travel domestically and internationally.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree/equivalent in business administration, aviation, hospitality or related field.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Five (5) years related experience in the hotel or inflight catering industry.

• Strong communication skills.
• Must have ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Moderate travel required.
