Manager Operations is responsible for directing all warehouse and distribution operations for a shift(s) to ensure timely, accurate and secure shipping and distribution of product to our customers.

  • Responsible for strategically managing the operation in compliance with company policies and vision
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Set, prepare, and present KPIs
  • Conduct daily operations meetings
  • Proficient giving project presentations to senior management
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, transport companies and other Conectiv site management
  • Full ownership of safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience in the department
  • Strategic planning and forecasting, performance assessments, complex problem solving, labor balancing, and daily/weekly/monthly staffing determination
  • Produce reports and statistics
  • Recruit, select, orientate, and motivate employees
  • Mentor, train, and develop Leads and Supervisors for career progression
  • Develop and share best practices across the shifts and network
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be available to adjust work hours as necessary to meet business demands and customer requirements.
