• Contract management, ownership and responsibility
• Ensure contract compliance with regulations and P&P
• Operational support to GSP partners
• Service assurance and GSP partner KPI performance monitoring
• Technology and systems deployment
• Coordination with other functions
• Deployment of Global GSP strategy and support programs
• Commercial and Marketing support
• Integration of business into Fed Ex

• Team work mindset
• logistics | operational knowledge
• Business English language speak & write
• MS Office advanced usage knowledge
• Power BI tool knowledge is an advance
• High School Diploma English (Required)
