The Item Integrity Analyst is responsible for monitoring systems to ensure intended results are executed correctly and data integrity is maintained. The Analyst produces and manages routine work associated with controlling/inputting SKU master data and controls which support the Merchandising, Supply Chain and Ecomm departments with error-free information.

• Validate all new SKU information in MDM prior to Mainframe implementation. Validate discrepancies between two systems when they arise.
• Complete/validate ongoing maintenance to SKUs to ensure the highest level of Data Integrity across Auto Zone (Supply Chain, Merchandising, Ecomm, Catalog).
• Provide information to the Merchandising staff and/or Vendor Community in order to correct data integrity issues.
• Manage vendor/merchandising implementation and support utilizing MDM Software for SKU implementation.
• Perform ongoing analysis of SKU-level information to ensure integrity is consistent across Distribution Centers and MDM/Mainframe to ensure Auto Zone utilizes the available cube of outbound shipments through improved unit/case measurements.
• Ensure all information related to Haz Mat and VOC restrictions captured prior to SKU setup.
• Create tools for end users to validate discrepancies pre- and post-SKU implementation.

• 2-5 years of business experience with increasing responsibility.
