Commercial Analyst

• Deliver actionable insights that directly support the growth and success of our National Accounts team
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to support commercial initiatives
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability across business units
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and communicate business opportunities and outcomes
• Support planning cycles and lead post-project reviews to assess effectiveness
• Produce and manage reporting deliverables
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach
• Apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions
• Navigate organizational structures and business processes to align with strategic goals
• Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• 5–7 years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally within a Commercial or retail environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling business stories
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus
