Responsible for all aspects of item and vendor setup. Responsible for the issuance and accuracy of all Purchase Orders.

Responsible for tracking Purchase Orders from production until warehouse receiving. Ability to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

  TCSA,LACEY,FDA,Fish&Wildlife,etc.).
• Ensure timely creation of containers into ERP and creation of vendor payables/vouching.
• Addressandreconcileshortagesandoverages,filevendorchargebacks,andcommunicateanyadvancepayments.
• Participateinnewitemqualitycontroltoensurenewitemsareboxedandlabeledcorrectly.
• Interact with a variety of cross-functional teams , including Sales, Product Development, Catalog, Planning, Receiving, and Accounts Payables.

• Bachelor’sdegreein

• 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Logistics
