Description of the role
An Experienced Service Advisor (certified) is needed at Lincoln of Memphis. As a service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. You will ensure that customers' vehicles are properly diagnosed and repaired, as well as provide accurate estimates and explanations of the work to be done. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Responsibilities- Interacting with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
- Providing accurate and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
- Estimating costs and time required for repairs
- Coordinating with the service department to ensure prompt and quality repair work
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Addressing any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Prior experience as a certified service advisor
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and time frames
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
