- Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
- Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables
- Schedule cost‑effective air/hotel/ground transportation
- Create detailed travel itineraries (including smooth transitions between time zones)
- Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies
- Drive team activities (including staff meetings agendas and notes, org‑wide meetings, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics)
- Identify and coordinate the most productive and cost‑effective method for meetings including in‑person, on‑site, audio conferences (international stateside and local) and video conferences
- Close collaboration with departmental EA peers
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
The eero internal operations team is a group of problem solvers that ensure eero’s day‑to‑day runs smoothly. This includes executive support, employee support, and general administrative support for the eero team.
Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive‑level calendar management
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience working with large global teams
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
The base salary range for this position is 81,600.00 – USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
