Job Summary & Company InformationPremier Property Management Group is hiring a Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our residents. This is not a traditional receptionist role — this is a decision-making, problem-solving, customer-forward position. You’ll join a fast-paced and collaborative team that manages over 8,000 single-family homes across 11 cities on behalf of 4,000+ investors worldwide.

Property management experience is helpful but not required.
General Accountabilities- Answer incoming calls from residents and resolve issues with ownership and urgency
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as receiving and processing payments
- Dispatch and track maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
- Troubleshoot resident concerns in areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Communicate directly with vendors, residents, and property owners
- Maintain accurate records in our system and support document handling for leases
- Proactively resolve issues the same day whenever possible
- Serve as a key liaison between our residents and internal departments
- Education: High School Diploma required;
Associate’s Degree preferred - Experience: 2-3 years in a customer service, administrative, or front-facing role, valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management
- Comfortable making decisions and thinking independently
- Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate difficult situations
- High coachability and willingness to grow
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
