We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of public accounting expertise and private industry experience, offering a well‑rounded perspective on financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and supporting strategic decision‑making.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Lead or support the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting and 2+ years in private industry.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Blackline, Hyperion, or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
