Key Responsibilities Prepare and record month-end accruals, commissions, bonuses, and provider payment entries Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate recording of receivables and resolve billing discrepancies
Required Qualifications 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close processes Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
