Description
Analyze and reconcile financial and statistical data for accuracy and reporting.
Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Month-End Close Processes:
Process and prepare journal entries for month-end close.
Reconcile accounts efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
Accounting Records Management:
Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.
Prepare financial data, including ad hoc analyses and Sales & Use/Business Tax reports, as needed.
Assist supervisors and team members with time-sensitive projects and special assignments.
Contribute to departmental efficiency by supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite.
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus or a willingness to quickly learn.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 – $55000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
