• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Bank account and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash‑flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn multiple accounting software packages;
  Quick Books experience is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel to client offices when safe.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
• Part‑time employees expected to work normal business hours.
