• Azure platform & MS administration (policies, licensing, config)
• API, Power Automate, custom Azure BOTs & MCP technology
• SaaS technologies & vendor management
• Service Now (requests, incidents, problems)
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban & JIRA
• Hardware/software support & troubleshooting
• Project management & ability to manage multiple priorities

• Serve as L2 support for MS Teams, Miro, Slido & automation tools
• Triage & resolve escalated issues with vendor core teams
• Develop & launch new technologies (AI/LLM features, APIs, 3rd party MCP)
• Build & support Azure application automations & integrations
• Manage ticket workflows and report in Service Now
• Participate in Agile planning, testing & new release cycles

• Supplier/global team experience
• Security best practices & threat modeling

Bachelor's preferred | HS Diploma required
