Technical Program Manager – Cloud Migration (GCP 3.0)
Location: Dearborn, MI (100% Onsite) —
Duration: 12+ Months
Client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the migration from a legacy G‑Cloud environment to GCP 3.0 within EVDD. This highly visible role drives cross‑team alignment, manages risks, ensures milestone delivery, and provides executive‑level updates.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration programs, define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Coordinate across engineering, networking, security, and platform teams.
- Track progress, report to leadership, and manage risks/dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.
- 10+ years in IT program management with enterprise cloud experience.
- Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).
- Advanced Jira skills and experience managing complex, cross‑team programs.
- Executive presence with strong communication and risk management skills.
- GCP migrations
- CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Enterprise/automotive experience
