Passenger Van Driver​/Mailroom Attendant

Our client is a corporate office environment requiring support for personnel transportation and mailroom operations. They are looking to add a Passenger Van Driver/Mailroom Attendant to their team to support these operations.

$50k + OT

The Passenger Van Driver/Mailroom Attendant is responsible for conducting morning and afternoon personnel van runs for members using a regional rail station, as well as monitoring incoming and outgoing mail and shipments from the corporate office.

• Conduct morning and afternoon personnel van runs between the corporate office and the designated regional rail station, following the approved schedule.
• Perform ad-hoc runs as necessary.
• Maintain a maintenance schedule for the company vehicle, ensuring all maintenance is performed (including regular fueling, scheduling oil changes, routine maintenance, and taking the van to appointments).
• Keep the van clean and tidy.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing mail and shipments for the office using designated tagging and identification systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom.
• Distribute department mail and packages as necessary.
• Assist the Office Administrator in storing, maintaining, and tracking office inventory as needed.
• Provide coverage for reception/security during break times as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned within the scope of the position.

• Clean driving record with limited to no violations or accidents (subject to a five-year record review).
• Experience in transporting passengers and confident driving of a 14-passenger vehicle.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and oral communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills are required.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent is required.
