• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high quality and efficiency (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to keep their homes clean, comfortable & protected
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
• Proficiency with smartphone for part ordering
• Background & drug screen clearance
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) you work
• Ability to travel up to 100%
• Variable & flexible hours, including required overtime
• Read, understand, and apply technical written text
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
  English fluency
• Physical lifting & reaching up to 100 lbs (frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs)
• Reach, handle, & finger objects; stand, walk, sit, & type using a keyboard
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, & crawling
• Occasional reach above shoulder
• Drive automatic transmission vehicle
