Security Officer - Flex Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and management by carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access control concerns;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, and/or security-related hazards; communicate observations to site contacts and follow post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including responding to alarms, assisting with evacuations, and coordinating with first responders as directed;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and daily activities; use site systems and/or logs to document observations and notify appropriate personnel
