** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Monitor entry and exit points at the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting and reporting security-related events as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, distribution areas, and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.

+ Work closely with warehouse and distribution staff to maintain awareness of site-specific protocols and procedures.

+ Assist with visitor and vehicle management, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate logs as required by site protocols.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
