The Inside Sales Representative – Insource is responsible for consistently achieving 100% of Sales and Gross Profit goals. This will be accomplished by calling a minimum of 80% of the assigned territory during each call cycle and utilizing a consultative sales approach. This position will negotiate competitive pricing within established limits or contracts, re-engage with inactive accounts, and ensure customers are satisfied by addressing their post-sale questions and concerns.

This role will be focused on driving sales growth through promotional campaigns and fostering strong customer relationships.

** Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skills

Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and email communications Ability to effectively answer inquiries and resolve disputes Ability to learn applicable computer systems Self motivated with the ability to work both independently with limited supervision, and to work as a contributor of a team

The schedule for this position is
** Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST**.The posted wage for this position is $15.00 per hour which is the expected starting base salary. This position is eligible for an
** incentive and commission
** not reflected in the posted wage subject to the achievement of the plan.
