Role Overview

As our Lead Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound leads. Your mission is to build rapport quickly, uncover motivation, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. You’ll manage the entire lead flow — from answering inbound calls to persistent follow-up — and hand off qualified prospects to our acquisitions team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on phone conversations, loves sales, and understands the power of consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all inbound leads (phone, web, referral, etc.)
  • Qualify leads by gathering key information on property, motivation, and timeline
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners from the very first conversation
  • Maintain a structured follow-up cadence with leads through phone, text, and email
  • Ensure every lead is updated, tracked, and documented in the CRM (no lead left behind)
  • Set qualified appointments for our Field Sales Representatives
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to hit weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay disciplined with CRM updates and follow-up tasks
  • Comfort with handling rejection and pushing through objections
  • A “hunter” mentality — persistence, resilience, and drive to win
