Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a boutique integrated advertising and media company that specializes in developing campaigns and brand strategy for their clients. They are headquartered in Melville, Long Island, New York.

They seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Search Specialist with 2–3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic, improve ROI, and support overall digital marketing goals for various clients.

NOTE:
The candidate must be able to work in the Melville, NY location 3X per week with two days remote.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ACCESSIBLE TO WESTERN LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK - No out of area, international or C2C applicants, please.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support in the setup and performance of all clients’ paid search campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of bid management systems/practices.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop paid search ad copy on an as-needed basis.
  • Generate new keywords, ad groups, and campaigns, and support the creation of new paid search initiatives.
  • Routinely pace client ad spends against monthly budget targets.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and audience targeting to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in paid search/digital advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of paid search best practices.
  • Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics and keyword research tools including Google Ads Keyword Planner.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution models.
  • Willingness to think outside the box and push the limits of traditional campaign structures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and skills.
  • Adaptable to change and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate teamsmanship
