Loader​/Unloader

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our shipping and receiving department, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced, physical environment where the day goes by quickly, this is the position for you.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift and stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Speed & Accuracy:
  Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Team Player:
  Communication skills and a "get-it-done" attitude.
• Safety Mindset:
  Experience following OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety protocols.

Salary: $17 – $18 per hour

Shift: First

Work Hours:

8 AM – 4 PM

Education:

No Degree Required

• Loading/Unloading:
  Manually move, load, and unload freight from containers, trailers, and trucks.
• Staging:
  Organize and stage incoming materials in designated warehouse areas for easy access.
• Palletizing:
  Build and wrap pallets securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify piece counts against packing slips.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for the entire team.
