Job Title:
Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

We are a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and can independently manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement and trial support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (required)
• Demonstrated ability to run cases from inception through resolution
• Strong experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and responses
• Knowledge of plaintiff-side litigation strategy, court rules, and deadlines
• Experience preparing demand packages, coordinating medical records, and managing liens
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
• Coordinate medical records, billing, liens, and expert materials
• Maintain client communication and provide regular case updates
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all court requirements
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support
