We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Mail Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Experience in an office or law firm environment preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning documents
- Answering phones
- Processing mail
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Faxing
- General office duties
Skills:
- Computer knowledge-- Microsoft Word, Excel, internet
- Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, and/or Certified Mail preferred
- Previous law firm experience highly preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
