Overview
Join our team at Guercio & Guercio, LLP! We're looking for a full-time litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our Melville satellite office. In this role, you'll focus on representing municipalities and school districts in civil litigation, especially civil rights cases. Our work covers employment, First Amendment, law enforcement, tort, contract, and land use litigation. We also handle various litigation and corporate counseling matters for non-municipal clients.

Salary: $95,000 – $150,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
