Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent/Financial Advisor. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Melville, NY. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing clients with expert guidance on insurance products and financial strategies, creating tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs, and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and staying compliant with relevant regulations.

Success in this role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve financial security.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and problem-solving related to client coverage needs
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Licensed to sell insurance or the willingness to obtain necessary state and federal licenses
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and client-centered environment
  • Previous experience in a related field or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required
