• Use an end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of a complex, multi‑entity Workday solution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert navigating technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure.
• Support cross‑functional teams to deliver a robust solution covering HCM, U.S. / Canada Payroll, Talent / Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, and Help.
• Perform Fit‑Gap analysis, define global business processes, and ensure data integrity and security.
