• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in strategic positions.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud architecture and M365 global administration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and developer workflows.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and holding MSSPs accountable.
• Knowledge of modern networking concepts and E-Rate program guidelines.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and creative problem‑solving skills.
