- Assist team in identifying issues reported by users via the Service Desk.
- Learn trouble‑shooting process and change management procedures.
- Learn our IT Asset management system (Lansweeper).
- Learn our Network management system (Solar Winds).
- Assist with audits and reporting.
- Assist engineering team with various project tasks including network and server configuration and testing.
- Create and maintain flow charts and spreadsheets in support of infrastructure projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Completed 2 years of desired major:
Information Technology - Experience in IT System Administration or Infrastructure support roles accepted in lieu of degree
