Quality Assurance Manager

The QA Manager is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and enterprise software applications. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, high-performing, and scalable software by defining QA strategy, managing testing processes, and leading a team of QA professionals. The QA Manager partners closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Lead and mentor QA analysts and automation engineers.
• Define and maintain QA strategy, standards, and best practices across the SDLC.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management for web and enterprise applications.
• Drive test automation and integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Manage regression, performance, and load testing in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Support production issue triage and validation of fixes.
• Report on quality metrics, risks, and release status to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership or management role.
• Experience managing QA teams in agile or hybrid development environments.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with web application testing, API testing, and data validation.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.

• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale or mission‑critical applications.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience working with high‑availability or real‑time systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven testing tools or continuous quality improvement initiatives.
