Senior Healthcare Talent Partner

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Talent Partner to recruit top-tier clinical leadership, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Nursing Executives. This role requires deep healthcare industry knowledge and a consultative approach.

• Source and engage healthcare leaders for permanent roles.
• Build relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Manage complex searches and provide market insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.

• 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience (physician or leadership focus).
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
