Overview
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Talent Partner to recruit top-tier clinical leadership, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Nursing Executives. This role requires deep healthcare industry knowledge and a consultative approach.
Responsibilities- Source and engage healthcare leaders for permanent roles.
- Build relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Manage complex searches and provide market insights to clients.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.
- Drive revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.
- 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience (physician or leadership focus).
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
