- Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate
- Must be living within Plainview, Commack, Melville, Hicksville
- Must be available to take on Saturday and Sunday cases
- Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
- Driver is a plus!
- Concierge cases for high-end, private-pay patients
- Part-time and full-time options available

- $20.00-$22.00 per hour rate

- Subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked (30 hours / week average)
