The Assurance Experienced Senior will coordinate the day-to-day 'in-charge' duties, including planning, fieldwork, and 'wrap-up,' which involves preparing financial statements with disclosures, applying GAAP, and documenting, validating, testing, and assessing control systems. The role also involves acting as the client contact for basic inquiries and may include reviews and agreed-upon procedure engagements.

• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Apply knowledge of transactional cycles to complete audits.
• Document and evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with assurance tools is a plus.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exams; active pursuit of certification is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and delegation abilities.
• Client management skills with a professional presence.
