• Lead day‑to‑day finance operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements; analyze variances and recommend process or performance improvements.
• Oversee internal controls for cash, revenue, payables, budgets, and expenditures; manage annual audit requirements.
• Manage cash flow through weekly bank reviews, cash balance reporting, monitoring of ecommerce activity, chargebacks, and fraud detection.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; resolve vendor issues; oversee licensing, permits, leasing and new‑entity onboarding.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with staff leadership.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced understanding of financial reporting, GAAP, and monthly/annual close cycles.
• Calm, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused communicator with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
