Tax Manager

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a top 50 CPA firm in search of a Tax Manager in Mercer County, PA. They're seeking a skilled tax professional to lead client engagements, manage compliance and planning, and support team development. This role offers growth potential and exposure to diverse industries.

• Deliver proactive tax planning and compliance services
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Supervise associates and senior associates
• Collaborate with leadership on client and business development
• Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients
• Represent the firm at professional events
  
  Uphold firm values and mentor team members

• CPA, EA, or JD required
• 4+ years in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of income tax provisions and flow-through entities
• Effective communicator with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
